What does it look like?
With offenses and conflicts that involve larger numbers of people, we offer the group conferencing process. The goal of this process is to include everyone that has been involved in or affected by the conflict in crafting a resolution. Anyone in the community can seek support through group conferencing from the HCRJC. This can take many forms and does not necessarily require both parties to meet face-to-face. The process is flexible and dependent on both parties and their needs. Any agreement crafted is the result of input from all parties. The Group Conferencing program has been used for family disputes, school incidents, neighborhood conflicts, and pre-charge cases.
