What does it look like?

Anyone in the community can seek support in mediation and conflict resolution from the HCRJC. Two parties come together with staff from the HCRJC to repair harm or resolve conflict. This can take many forms and does not necessarily require both parties to meet face-to-face.

The form mediation and conflict resolution may take are highly flexible and dependent on both parties and their needs. While it will always be rooted in the philosophy of Restorative Justice, the form participation takes is never set in stone. Any agreement crafted is the result of input from all parties.
