One of the things that I really like about restorative justice is that it really helps me feel alive. Open to change. It puts me in uncomfortable situations and in that discomfort I grow.” – Diane Reinhardt, Volunteer
The Hartford Community Restorative Justice Center relies on volunteers for our panels, conference facilitators, and CoSA members. Please contact us if you are interested in exploring these opportunities.
The Center is also looking for volunteers who might be interested in leading classes on topics such as budgeting and finances, life skills, yoga and/or other forms of meditative exercise, anger management, art, etc.
In return, we provide training in restorative justice principles and practices, and the rewarding opportunity to benefit the community through this exciting and rewarding work.
