We are seeking a full-time Program Coordinator who will play a central role in keeping our restorative justice work running smoothly day to day. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to working directly with community members. The Coordinator will oversee program logistics, support volunteers, assist clients in transitional housing, and help carry forward our mission through events, workshops, and outreach activities.

Vermont is stepping into the national spotlight with a $3 million investment from the U.S. Department of Justice to establish the country’s first National Center on Restorative Justice. The funding, announced by Senator Patrick Leahy, will support Vermont Law and Graduate School in South Royalton in partnership with the University of Vermont, the University of San Diego, and the DOJ’s Office of Justice Programs.
